Cherry uses identity, contact and payment checks to reduce fake and automated accounts. Every pass is bought with one payment; auto-renew is your choice at checkout, never the default.

What every pass includes
Full access to the Cherry platform. Profiles and curated matching — not endless swiping — plus member-to-member communication and an AI companion that accompanies your journey. Everything included, no add-ons.
Layered member verification. Phone, payment, government-ID and selfie checks reduce impersonation and automated abuse. No verification process can guarantee a person or their intentions.
A trusted community feed. Share and connect knowing members are required to complete the same layered checks.
Safety by design. The Cherry app does not store document, selfie or card copies. Sumsub processes identity data; HYP processes card data; Cherry retains necessary status and provider references.
Membership supports the trust process
Cherry is a paid community on purpose. A real membership charge raises the cost of automated and abusive accounts and adds a payment signal to Cherry's phone and identity checks. It reduces abuse; no payment or verification can guarantee a person's identity or intentions.
What exactly am I paying for?
Full access to the Cherry app for the duration of the pass you choose — profiles and curated matching, member-to-member communication and your AI companion — and membership in a community where every member passes the same phone, identity and payment checks. No physical goods, no shipping — your access starts when you finish registration.
Why does Cherry charge to join?
A real payment raises the cost of automated and abusive accounts and is one signal in Cherry's trust process. It reduces abuse; it cannot guarantee that every account or intention is genuine.
When am I charged?
Once, when you finish registration, for the pass you chose. There is no repeat charge unless you explicitly choose auto-renew at checkout and confirm it; even then the charge repeats every period until you cancel. HYP's payment page shows the exact amount before you confirm.
Is my card safe?
Your card details never touch Cherry. HYP processes them on its hosted payment page; Cherry retains only the payment status, reference, card brand and last four digits needed to operate your access.
What happens when my pass ends?
Your profile, verifications and connections stay; only access pauses until your next purchase. You never register again.
Can I cancel?
A one-time pass — there is no renewal to cancel: access simply ends on the end date. Auto-renew — cancel at any time through the cancellation form (cherrytelem.com/cancel), with no cancellation fee (אין דמי ביטול); cancelling keeps the time already paid for. Refunds and credits follow our Cancellation Policy and Terms, linked below.
